Refund policy

30 days, on us.

If it's not right for the room, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back — Autzen emails you a prepaid return label, so return shipping costs you nothing.

How it works

  1. Email us at support@autzenhub.com with your order number.
  2. We send a prepaid label within 1 business day.
  3. Your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–7 days of the carrier scan.

Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Damaged or defective on arrival? Send a photo — Autzen replaces or refunds immediately, and in most cases you won't need to send anything back.
