• Size and height: Table top 30 in. long x 14 in. deep at 35 in. high. The double-tier overshelf is 30 in. long x 12 in. deep and adds 32 in., for 67 in. overall height. The 35 in. work height is about 1 in. below a standard 36 in. counter. Two tiers above the table plus a full undershelf below give you three storage levels and the work surface.
• Construction: 18-gauge type 430 stainless steel table top and overshelf. 18-gauge galvanized steel undershelf (height adjustable) and hat-channel reinforcement under the top, galvanized legs with adjustable plastic bullet feet, stainless steel overshelf posts and brackets with an adjustable lower tier. NSF approved. Type 430 is a magnetic stainless grade: wipe it dry and avoid chlorine cleaners. Aluminum corner brackets brace the undershelf on this 14 in. deep size.
• Load ratings: The table top is rated 330 lbs, the galvanized undershelf 205 lbs and the overshelf 220 lbs in total, spread across both tiers. Match the size to the heaviest equipment you plan to set on it.
• How the overshelf mounts: L-shaped base brackets wrap over the back edge of the table and hold the shelf by their own weight, so it does not need to be bolted. The brackets are pre-drilled if you want to fix it permanently; bolts are not included. Use the tiers for plates, ingredients, small appliances and supplies above a prep line, bakery bench or pass.
