- NOTE: The 71-inch axle length exceeds the dimensions of the 4'x4' deck. Please ensure the supporting beam has adequate length. The rack is compatible with 12'', 16'', or 24'' ceiling joist spacing (note: not compatible with 18-inch joist spacing). The wire deck reaches its highest point at approximately 10 inches below the ceiling.
- LIFTING DESIGN: Use the included hand crank or power drill (not included) to raise and lower the garage storage rack, making it easy to place items without a ladder. The maximum lifting range is 79", and the suitable ceiling height is less than 10 feet.

Return policy
30-day returns.
If it's not quite right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery, and Autzen will email you return instructions. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. There is no restocking fee. Depending on the item's packaged size and weight and how it needs to be collected, a change-of-mind return may have a return shipping or pickup cost. We only deduct the actual cost: we tell you the exact amount and get your OK before arranging a paid return, and if there is no cost, nothing is deducted. Returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items are free.
